This planter is decorated in the Pennsylvania slipware pottery style imitating the yellow slip decorations on red clay. It is hand made, hand painted, hand glazed and signed. It is 1/2 inch high and 5/8 in diameter.
I make all of my items from start to finish, using clay, underglaze paint, several glazes, china paint and fires them several times as required by the decoration and technique used.
