This handmade, signed and hand painted ceramic serving dish is decorated with blue, pink and green pottery type motifs made popular by Mary Hadley. This one depicts a lobster It is almost paper thin and is 1 5/8 inch long and 1 1/4 inch wide and glazed.
I make all of my items from start to finish, using clay, underglaze paint, several glazes, China paint and fires them several times as required by the decoration and technique used.
