This handmade, signed by Christine Lecoutre and hand glazed ceramic vase has a shape reminiscent of a gourd. It is unglazed and shows coloration from oxides. The vase is hollow and 1 1/4 inch high and 1 inch wide.
I make all of my items from start to finish, using clay, underglaze paint, several glazes, China paint and fires them several times as required by the decoration and technique used.
