This cookie jar is hand made, hand painted, hand glazed and signed. It is inspired by the very popular collectible Brayton mammy cookie jars which came in a lot of different finishes. It is 1 inch high by 3/4 wide and has a removable top like the original.
I make all of my items from start to finish, using clay, underglaze paint, several glazes, china paint and fires them several times as required by the decoration and technique used.
