This hand made, signed and hand painted ceramic dinner plate is a delicate rendition of a favorite Tuscan Ceramic motif. The lemons are still attached to the tree branches and are the central decoration framed with a delicate blue border. It is finished with a high fired transparent glaze. It is almost paper thin and is 3/4 inch in diameter.
I make all of my items from start to finish, using clay, underglaze paint, several glazes, china paint and fires them several times as required by the decoration and technique used.
